Job Requirements
- bachelor's degree in culinary arts or related field preferred
- minimum ten years of culinary experience
- at least five years in senior management
- proven track record with seafood cuisine
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- strong organizational skills
- availability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
Job Qualifications

- experience managing food costs and budgeting
- excellent communication skills
- ability to train and develop culinary staff
Job Duties
- lead the entire culinary team directing day-to-day kitchen operations including production and prep special events purchasing and receiving
- ensure culinary employees maximize efficiency and productivity to achieve guest satisfaction
- review and evaluate daily guest feedback actively
- oversee menu changes and educate culinary and service staff on seasonal specials and event menus
- direct food production and plating from the pass during service
- train line cooks properly and efficiently
- cost menus to meet or exceed the budgeted percentage
- foster an educational environment to develop culinary staff for advancement
