Job Requirements

  • Leadership experience in retail or healthcare
  • Optical industry experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Detail oriented and structured approach

  • Availability to work office hours and some Saturdays

Job Qualifications

  • Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced retail or healthcare environment
  • Experience and knowledge in optical services including troubleshooting glasses and guiding customers on lens options
  • Strong communication skills with an ability to connect, set clear expectations, and follow through
  • Ability to thrive in structured environments with attention to detail and focus on continuous improvement
  • Commitment to high standards, integrity, and promoting strong team performance
  • Available to work full office hours including some Saturdays

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily office operations including hiring, training, scheduling, coaching, and performance evaluations
  • Drive results through excellent service, team accountability, and monitoring office metrics and performance dashboards
  • Collaborate with doctors to ensure patients receive the best care and appropriate eyewear products
  • Manage inventory and resolve operational issues promptly
  • Maintain brand standards and compliance with company policies
  • Foster a positive and professional office culture that motivates and supports the team
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance office efficiency and patient satisfaction
