- Availability to work office hours and some Saturdays
Job Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced retail or healthcare environment
- Experience and knowledge in optical services including troubleshooting glasses and guiding customers on lens options
- Strong communication skills with an ability to connect, set clear expectations, and follow through
- Ability to thrive in structured environments with attention to detail and focus on continuous improvement
- Commitment to high standards, integrity, and promoting strong team performance
- Available to work full office hours including some Saturdays
Job Duties
- Oversee daily office operations including hiring, training, scheduling, coaching, and performance evaluations
- Drive results through excellent service, team accountability, and monitoring office metrics and performance dashboards
- Collaborate with doctors to ensure patients receive the best care and appropriate eyewear products
- Manage inventory and resolve operational issues promptly
- Maintain brand standards and compliance with company policies
- Foster a positive and professional office culture that motivates and supports the team
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance office efficiency and patient satisfaction
