Job Requirements

  • Minimum leadership experience in retail or healthcare
  • Optical experience or knowledge of lens options and glasses troubleshooting
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work structure and detailed environments
  • Availability to work during office hours including some Saturdays

Job Duties

  • Overseeing all aspects of daily operations including hiring, training, scheduling, coaching, and performance reviews
  • Driving results through excellent service, team accountability, and understanding office metrics and performance dashboards
  • Collaborating with doctors to ensure patients receive the best care and appropriate products
  • Managing inventory, resolving issues quickly, and maintaining office adherence to brand standards
  • Contributing to a positive, professional office culture that motivates and supports the team
  • Ensuring high standards of patient experience and operational efficiency
  • Leading continuous improvement initiatives within the office environment
