Job Requirements
- Minimum leadership experience in retail or healthcare
- Optical experience or knowledge of lens options and glasses troubleshooting
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work structure and detailed environments
- Availability to work during office hours including some Saturdays

Job Duties
- Overseeing all aspects of daily operations including hiring, training, scheduling, coaching, and performance reviews
- Driving results through excellent service, team accountability, and understanding office metrics and performance dashboards
- Collaborating with doctors to ensure patients receive the best care and appropriate products
- Managing inventory, resolving issues quickly, and maintaining office adherence to brand standards
- Contributing to a positive, professional office culture that motivates and supports the team
- Ensuring high standards of patient experience and operational efficiency
- Leading continuous improvement initiatives within the office environment
