Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • experience operating a personal computer
  • proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • ability to provide quality customer service
  • excellent communication skills
  • strong organizational skills
  • ability to interact professionally with students, staff, faculty, and visitors
  • discretion in handling confidential information

Job Duties

  • Greet visitors including students, parents, staff, faculty, and vendors
  • direct all visitors to check-in system for assistance
  • answer general questions and route visitors to the appropriate department
  • assist with projects as needed
  • assist with First Time in College (FTIC) students and families during Eagle View Orientation
  • manage the lobby traffic flow and keep the suite area organized
  • perform other job-related duties as assigned
