Job Requirements
- Associate s degree from a two-year college or technical school preferred
- Three years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of one year s experience in an aviation related field
- Knowledge of FAR Parts 61, 91, 121, 135, 141, 142, 121 Appendix E and F, FlightSafety Operations Manual, FAA Order 8900.1
- Fluency in English both verbal and written
- Proficiency with IBM PC or compatible computer
- Ability to use peripheral computer equipment including modem, ZIP drive, external hard drives
- Experience with office equipment such as fax, copier, and multi-line telephone
- Ability to adhere to work schedule including prompt and regular attendance
- Willingness to travel as required

- Associate s degree from a two-year college or technical school preferred or three years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of one year s experience in an aviation related field
- Knowledge of FAR Parts 61, 91, 121, 135, 141, 142, 121 Appendix E and F, FlightSafety Operations Manual, and FAA Order 8900.1
- Thorough knowledge of FAA, EASA, TC and other NAA regulations
- Fluency in English both verbal and written
- Ability to speak, understand, read, and write English
- IBM PC or compatible computer proficiency
- Experience with various peripheral computer equipment
- Familiarity with office equipment such as fax, copier, and multi-line telephone
Job Duties
- Maintain a library of Part 121/135 Certificate holder approved programs, manuals and documents or electronic equivalents
- Ensure accuracy and currency of required documentation
- Develop and maintain systems for Instructor, Check Airmen, and TCE training records
- Maintain Instructor Training documentation and computerized record keeping systems
- Compile data and prepare reports for Director of Pilot Training, Director of Pilot Standards, Program Managers, and Customer Support Manager
- Conduct internal audits of training records to ensure quality and regulatory compliance
- Provide information to Program Managers and instructors on training program requirements and manuals
- Coordinate instructor training, qualification, and currency with Director of Standards
- Assist in drafting and revising training programs to comply with FAR regulations
- Ensure compliance with FM regulations and FlightSafety Operations Manuals
- Establish and maintain good relations with Directors of Flight Operations and Chief Pilots of customers
- Communicate with Compliance groups and Learning Center staff regarding manuals and course documents
- Assist in scheduling checks and evaluations for instructor currency
- Maintain customer satisfaction commitment
- Foster cooperative work environment
- Accountable for security of materials and accuracy of tasks
- Adhere to work schedule and report safety hazards
- Participate in Quality Management System activities
- Support ethical behavior commitment
- Prepare correspondence as directed
- Prioritize work daily, weekly, monthly
- Travel as required
