Job Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Capability to work rotating shifts including nights, holidays, and weekends
  • Pass background screening as position of special trust
  • Ability to operate manual (stick shift) vehicles
  • Knowledge of basic arithmetic
  • Experience with point-of-sale systems and cash registers

Job Qualifications

  • Valid driver’s license
  • Skill in customer service and visitor engagement
  • Ability to operate various maintenance equipment
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to prepare concise reports
  • Capability to work rotating shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Perform routine park maintenance and cleaning duties
  • Assist visitors by providing information and collecting fees
  • Operate vehicles, tractors, mowers, and grounds maintenance equipment
  • Prepare and submit reports accurately
  • Manage visitor services at ranger stations during shifts
  • Communicate effectively with visitors and team members
  • Follow park rules, policies, and safety protocols
