Job Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Capability to work rotating shifts including nights, holidays, and weekends
- Pass background screening as position of special trust
- Ability to operate manual (stick shift) vehicles
- Knowledge of basic arithmetic
- Experience with point-of-sale systems and cash registers
Job Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license
- Skill in customer service and visitor engagement
- Ability to operate various maintenance equipment
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prepare concise reports
- Capability to work rotating shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Perform routine park maintenance and cleaning duties
- Assist visitors by providing information and collecting fees
- Operate vehicles, tractors, mowers, and grounds maintenance equipment
- Prepare and submit reports accurately
- Manage visitor services at ranger stations during shifts
- Communicate effectively with visitors and team members
- Follow park rules, policies, and safety protocols
