Job Requirements
- valid drivers license
- ability to work rotating shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays
- successful completion of background and fingerprint check
- compliance with grooming standards and uniform requirements
- ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- good public relations skills
- ability to maintain effective working relationships
- basic arithmetic skills

- skill in using power tools including chainsaws and drills

Job Duties
- Explain facilities and services provided for public use, enjoyment and education
- meet visitors, answer questions, provide information and directions in an accurate and professional manner
- resolve visitor complaints while maintaining good public relations
- use point of sale system
- prepare forms and reports on visitation, vehicle usage, purchase requests and accidents
- answer telephone, operate park radio, computer and various office equipment
- conduct purchasing and fiscal activities in compliance with established procedures
- collect fees, perform cash register and point of sale transactions, reconcile receipts
- order, sell and inventory resale merchandise
- maintain park files and answer correspondence
- perform other related duties as required
