Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in maintenance coordination or related field
- knowledge of maintenance planning and scheduling
- ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- understanding of lock out tag out procedures
- effective communication skills
- ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams
Job Qualifications
- strong troubleshooting skills
- general mechanical, electrical and controls knowledge
- skilled in Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), preferably SAP
- proficient in Microsoft Project, Excel and Word
- strong team player and communicator
Job Duties
- Coordinate with maintenance supervisors to ensure all work is prioritized and scheduled
- participate in daily operations meetings
- lead monthly and annual outage meetings ensuring project cost, scope and timelines are within budget
- work with operations and maintenance teams to identify work and generate work order requests based on need and priority
- review basic care reports and generate work requests for corrective action
- ensure all requests are correctly prepared with detailed information, correct equipment location and realistic priority
- utilize backlog reports to coordinate maintenance activities
- follow up with maintenance supervisors and contractors on work being performed ensuring efficient execution and completion
- support maintenance planner in detailed daily, weekly and shutdown planning
- involve engineering in chronic problem resolution and root cause failure analysis
- maintain chronic equipment and "when down do" lists for resource allocation
- coordinate lock out tag out (LOTO) events to ensure equipment safety and timeliness
