Job Requirements

  • Must be a U.S. citizen or national, a lawful permanent resident, or authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer
  • Must have a valid driver’s license
  • Ability to comply with all driving laws and company regulations
  • Availability to work full-time as a permanent employee
  • Ability to pass background checks and drug screenings
  • Willingness to adhere to safety and security policies
  • Physical ability to handle and load shipments

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Experience in professional driving or delivery services is an asset
  • Basic knowledge of cargo handling and safety regulations
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain records
  • Ability to operate vans and trucks under company standards

Job Duties

  • Review the cargo receiving log daily
  • Deliver and recover shipments to and from the airport
  • Ensure the vehicle is secured while waiting to tender cargo or conducting pick-up
  • Check airway bills for accuracy
  • Review shipment documentation, labeling, and marking
  • Prepare next flight out (NFO) shipments
  • Replenish dry ice and gel packs for temperature-controlled shipments
  • Scan, package, and label in-bound shipments before final tender
  • Keep the vehicle log up to date including mileage and inspections
  • Perform additional duties as required to assist the operations team
  • Undertake other reasonable duties as requested by the line or branch manager
