The position demands sound organizational and project management skills, enabling the candidate to manage complex initiatives, facilitate governance structures, and lead metrics definition and performance tracking. A significant focus is placed on promoting a zero-loss culture by advocating the DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) approach.

Beyond process and performance improvement, the role involves effective leadership and direction to management personnel to ensure consistent and timely delivery of services. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills are crucial, as the candidate will interact with all organizational levels, provide coaching, implement development plans, and support strategic presentations to both site and corporate leadership. Creative problem-solving and critical thinking are integral to successfully formulating and executing strategic plans, navigating risks, and driving integrated site-wide improvements.

Pfizer values innovation, diversity, and inclusion and strives to provide an accessible and supportive environment during the recruitment process.
