Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in science, engineering or related field
- 5-8 years experience in cGMP pharmaceutical environment
- Lean or Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Prioritization and customer service skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, CAD, PowerPoint, Minitab
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Influential communication skills
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering or related field
- 5-8 years relevant experience in cGMP pharmaceutical setting
- Combined experience in operations, materials management, quality operations and/or training processes and systems
- Lean / Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
- Organizational and project management skills, prioritization, customer service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, CAD, PowerPoint, Minitab)
- Effective interpersonal skills and influential communication at all levels
Job Duties
- Coach tier 1-3 operating unit members to improve performance or resolve issues
- Inspire a culture of continuous improvement that empowers colleagues and enables efficient processes
- Influence all departments and coach to build capabilities
- Lead maturity of operational excellence and Lean Management System elements
- Develop continuous improvement culture aligning with organizational standards
- Facilitate short- and long-term site strategies
- Support metric definitions and oversee performance metric collection and maintenance
- Drive efforts to streamline site processes and improve integration
- Ensure execution, capability building and delivery of fit for purpose ways of working
- Promote a zero losses culture through advocating the use of DMAIC
- Provide oversight to complex or cross site initiatives ensuring alignment and prioritization
- Define and manage governance structure and business processes
- Provide leadership and direction to management team for consistent, efficient delivery of services
- Use performance management to interact with employees, implement development plans, provide coaching, and gather feedback
- Support strategic proposals, progress updates and presentations to all organizational levels
