Job Requirements
- 1+ years working in commercial food preparation, manufacturing, production, or warehouse environment
- 6+ months machine operating experience
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- fluency in English
- strong attention to detail
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- ability to communicate effectively with co-workers
- good critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- comfortable working on a team in a manufacturing facility
- knowledge of local, federal, and state health and safety laws and regulations
- ability to uphold a high standard of service, efficiency, sanitation, and safety
- comfortable operating a wide range of commercial kitchen equipment

- maintain quality control standards for finished products
- package ice cream into pints and tubs accurately
- adhere to food safety and plant safety protocols

- troubleshoot equipment issues promptly and effectively
- uphold sanitation and safety standards in the production environment
