Job Requirements

  • 1+ years working in commercial food preparation, manufacturing, production, or warehouse environment
  • 6+ months machine operating experience
  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • fluency in English
  • strong attention to detail
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • ability to communicate effectively with co-workers
  • good critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • comfortable working on a team in a manufacturing facility
  • knowledge of local, federal, and state health and safety laws and regulations
  • ability to uphold a high standard of service, efficiency, sanitation, and safety
  • comfortable operating a wide range of commercial kitchen equipment

Job Duties

  • operate and monitor production machinery to ensure efficient ice cream production
  • maintain quality control standards for finished products
  • package ice cream into pints and tubs accurately
  • adhere to food safety and plant safety protocols
  • communicate effectively with team members to maintain smooth operations
  • troubleshoot equipment issues promptly and effectively
  • uphold sanitation and safety standards in the production environment
