Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 5–7 years of experience operating or supporting converting, finishing, or manufacturing equipment
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Attention to detail
- Ability to follow job instructions
- Ability to follow safety procedures
- Ability to follow quality standards
- Willingness to learn and take coaching
- Comfortable working in fast-paced production environments

Job Duties
- Support Senior Operators in running and maintaining highperformance converting and finishing equipment
- Set up jobs by reviewing job tickets and ensuring all components are in place
- Operate and adjust press controls, splicers, gluers, label and Straub applicators, rotary cutters, and register systems
- Web up lines, adjust tension controls, and perform minor mechanical repairs and adjustments
- Monitor quality, maintain accurate counts, and ensure production meets standards
- Perform cleaning and maintenance following Pregis SOPs
- Work safely around moving equipment and contribute to a clean, organized production floor
- Communicate effectively with teammates during shifts and handoffs
- Participate in a pilotlevel environment where problemsolving and continuous improvement are encouraged
