Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 5–7 years of experience operating or supporting converting, finishing, or manufacturing equipment
  • Strong mechanical aptitude
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to follow job instructions
  • Ability to follow safety procedures
  • Ability to follow quality standards
  • Willingness to learn and take coaching
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced production environments

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Support Senior Operators in running and maintaining highperformance converting and finishing equipment
  • Set up jobs by reviewing job tickets and ensuring all components are in place
  • Operate and adjust press controls, splicers, gluers, label and Straub applicators, rotary cutters, and register systems
  • Web up lines, adjust tension controls, and perform minor mechanical repairs and adjustments
  • Monitor quality, maintain accurate counts, and ensure production meets standards
  • Perform cleaning and maintenance following Pregis SOPs
  • Work safely around moving equipment and contribute to a clean, organized production floor
  • Communicate effectively with teammates during shifts and handoffs
  • Participate in a pilotlevel environment where problemsolving and continuous improvement are encouraged
