Job Requirements
- Minimum one month of related experience and/or training or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- English language proficiency including verbal and written communication
- Ability to acquire and maintain forklift operator license
- Use of personal protective equipment
- Ability to stand for consecutive periods of two hours and up to 8-12 hours
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 55 pounds repetitively
- Ability to bend, stoop, squat, kneel, crawl, twist, turn, climb and balance as required
- Regular attendance and punctuality

Job Duties
- Set up all equipment and supplies as necessary
- Check and verify all codes, labels, weights and packaging
- Train personnel in all facets of butter packaging
- Verify that the correct product is being packaged within specifications
- Read computer printouts and follow a designated schedule
- Notify supervisor if standards are not met
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and neat work area
- Assist with break and lunch relief as needed
- Ensure all work is done in a timely and proper fashion
- Follow company policies including GMP, SQF, and Safety Rules
- Climb stairs, ladders, and work in confined spaces
- Maintain regular and reliable attendance
- Complete all paperwork neatly and correctly
- Keep all floors, walls, machines, and pipes clean
- Support and enforce SQF/QA, GMP, Safety policies and production needs
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
