Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to push/pull a 1,000lb wheeled dough bowl with appropriate techniques/support
- Ability to lift 50lb flour bags and perform repetitive physical tasks
- Ability to read, follow, and document recipes and process steps
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Prior experience in mixing, ingredient scaling, or food manufacturing
- Familiarity with dough development and bakery processes
- Ability to troubleshoot minor equipment or process issues
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Job Duties
- Prepare and mix ingredients according to recipe and process specifications to ensure consistent dough quality
- Monitor dough temperatures, texture, and development throughout mixing to meet desired characteristics
- Maintain accurate ingredient scaling, inventory control, and documentation for traceability and compliance
- Support Rheon line capacity by monitoring dough flow and adjusting processes accordingly
- Maintain clean, organized mixing areas, coolers, tools, and equipment in alignment with GMPs and sanitation standards
- Communicate product, equipment, or safety concerns to the Lead Mixer or Supervisor
- Ensure compliance with food safety, allergen, HACCP, and quality requirements
