Job Requirements

  • Ability to read, write, and perform basic math
  • 2 years of manufacturing experience or transferable experience
  • equipment and product knowledge, including basic troubleshooting skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent changes
  • ability to work effectively as part of a high-functioning team
  • must be at least 18 years of age
  • ability to meet physical requirements including lifting up to 50 lbs, standing, bending, climbing, and working around moving equipment

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • experience in food manufacturing
  • basic computer skills
  • ability to read, write, and perform basic math
  • equipment and product knowledge, including basic troubleshooting skills
  • ability to work effectively as part of a high-functioning team
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent changes

Job Duties

  • Operate and adjust production machinery to ensure products meet specification and quality standards
  • maintain proper equipment settings and ensure supplies remain stocked for continuous production
  • complete accurate production reports and required documentation
  • maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas in compliance with GMP and safety rules
  • identify, report, and support resolution of food safety, quality, maintenance, or hygiene concerns
  • follow production schedules, running orders, and recipe requirements to support efficient output
  • perform additional duties as needed to support team and production operations
