  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to frequent changes

Job Duties

  • ensure food meets quality specifications
  • operate and adjust machinery and equipment to ensure accuracy and proper food specifications
  • maintain settings on equipment and ensure supplies are full
  • maintain appropriate documents and reports
  • ensure work areas, machinery and equipment are clean, organized and adhere to applicable safety rules at all times
  • report and take necessary actions to ensure food safety and prevent food quality problems
  • communicate safety, quality, production, maintenance and hygiene issues to appropriate personnel
  • comply continuously with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
  • adhere to production work schedule, running order and recipes
  • perform other duties as assigned or required
