Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs with or without assistance
- Navigate up and down stairs

- Flex, extend and turn the neck
- Ability to work in a hot, cold, wet, frozen, dusty and loud environment
- Frequently work near moving mechanical parts

Job Qualifications
- Two years manufacturing experience
- Equipment and product knowledge
- Equipment and product troubleshooting ability
- Good communication and observational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to frequent changes
- Ability to act as a member of a highly functioning team
- High school diploma preferred
- Computer skills preferred
- Food manufacturing experience preferred
- Read, write and math skills
Job Duties
- Ensure food meets quality specifications
- Operate and adjust machinery and equipment to ensure accuracy and proper food specifications
- Maintain settings on equipment and ensure supplies are full
- Maintain appropriate documents and reports
- Ensure work areas, machinery and equipment are clean, organized and adhere to applicable safety rules at all times
- Report and take necessary actions to ensure food safety and prevent food quality problems
- Communicate safety, quality, production, maintenance and hygiene issues to appropriate personnel
- Continuous compliance with Good Manufacturing Processes (GMP's)
- Adhere to production work schedule, running order and recipes
- Perform other duties as assigned or required
