Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years mechanical or technical experience
- Ability to rotate workdays and weekends
- Good attendance record
- Team player
- Flexible to meet business needs
- Proficient in English communication
Job Qualifications

- 1-2 years of mechanical and/or technical skills relevant to production role
- Ability to work rotating days including weekends
- Proven track record of good attendance
- Ability to work well in a team and resolve problems
- Willingness to adapt to business needs
- Proficient in speaking, reading, writing, and comprehending English
- Previous safety training preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Prior food manufacturing experience and familiarity with bakery equipment is an advantage
Job Duties
- Set up operation of bakery equipment and manufacturing line
- Establish priorities and sequences for manufacturing products per production guidelines
- Inspect line and equipment for operational and mechanical issues
- Report equipment issues promptly to supervisor or manager
- Complete and submit production reports throughout the day
- Visually inspect products for quality and quantity
- Monitor production runs and perform basic troubleshooting on bakery equipment
- Support quality control programs ensuring food safety and quality standards
- Follow all safety procedures and GMP standards
- Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work environment
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive attitude
- Perform additional duties as assigned
