- prior food manufacturing experience preferred

Job Duties
- Set up operation of bakery equipment and manufacturing line
- establish priorities and sequences for manufacturing products per production guidelines
- ensure compliance with production and packaging procedures
- inspect all areas within a line or equipment for operational and mechanical issues
- report equipment issues to supervisor or manager
- complete and submit production reports
- visually inspect product for quality and quantity
- monitor production runs and perform basic troubleshooting
- support quality control programs to uphold food safety and quality standards
- comply with safety procedures and maintain a safe and clean work environment
- maintain excellent customer service and positive attitude
- perform other duties as assigned
- work as a helper on production line in various roles such as feeder, packer, catcher
- perform manual labor tasks including grasping, lifting, moving, placing, and stacking items
- assist with cleaning and sanitation of equipment before and after production
- follow proper lock out/tag out procedures and use required PPE
