- ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs

- GMP/HACCP certification (in-house)

Job Duties
- Place dry and liquid ingredients into mixers according to product recipes
- mix ingredients following established time standards and instructions
- use proper mixing sheets based on dough type
- pre-measure and stage ingredients throughout the shift
- record weights as needed
- take temperatures of margarine, water, and eggs before mixing
- record final dough temperature
- unload dough from mixer, cut sections, and load onto transport carts
- assist with operating rework mixer as needed
- follow GMP, HACCP, and food safety regulations at all times
- perform other duties as assigned by leadership
