Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- At least 6 months of general labor experience in manufacturing
- Ability to understand and follow recipes and mixing process controls
- Basic knowledge of dough mixing and operating mixing equipment
- Ability to read scale and temperature readouts and document data accurately
- Math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- Basic computer skills for operating screens and data entry
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Accurately prepare and scale ingredients as specified by recipe
- Mix ingredients to specified time and temperature standards
- Monitor dough temperatures during mixing and final stages
- Add ingredients in correct order to achieve desired characteristics
- Verify dough texture visually and physically for quality
- Maintain ingredient inventory and ensure proper usage per pick list
- Confirm lot numbers match documentation and enter data accurately in MOVEX
- Keep refrigerated ingredients properly stored and organized
- Incorporate waste dough back into mixes when allowed by specifications
- Ensure weight scales function accurately and document mixing data timely
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of mixing equipment and ingredient areas
- Lift and dump 50 lbs flour bags as needed
- Complete mixing documents at end of shift and store appropriately
- Follow GMP, HACCP, and food safety standards at all times
