Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent training
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in hospitality or food and beverage management
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Strong budgeting and forecasting abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments
  • Proactive leadership approach and problem-solving skills
  • Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related experience and/or training equivalent
  • Hospitality or related industry experience
  • 1-2 years of relevant work experience in similar title and scope

Job Duties

  • Oversee the entire food and beverage and hotel operations
  • Encompass banquets, culinary and restaurant outlets
  • Establish and maintain quality product and service levels while maximizing profits
  • Forecasting and budgeting
  • Select, train and develop team members
  • Attend team huddle meetings and conduct departmental meetings
  • Perform performance appraisals and implement incentive programs
  • Maintain inventory control and menu development
  • Manage food costs and labor effectively
  • Supervise subordinates consistent with Hilton standards
  • Coach and counsel employees as needed via corrective interview process
  • Interview and hire front and back of the house F&B staff
  • Take ownership and proactively improve products, guest service and profitability
  • Work collaboratively with other departments and department heads
