Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Possess superior interpersonal and strong written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to function in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Must be self-motivated with strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Working knowledge of operational equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, scrubbers, floor buffers, mechanical lifting devices, staging, retractable seating risers, and basketball floors
  • Ability to follow written instructions and interpret work orders and floor plans
  • Ability to follow orders explicitly and work effectively as part of a team or independently
  • Ability to complete tasks including final cleanup and storage of tools and supplies
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, days, evenings, overnight, weekends, holidays, extended work days and extended number of days

Job Duties

  • Help with all event changeovers, cleaning and maintenance
  • Perform routine to moderate tasks with chairs, staging, risers, and other inventory as needed
  • Provide housekeeping services for the facilities
  • Assign work activities, monitor work flow, identify and resolve common operational issues
  • Maintain an accurate record keeping system for hazardous materials communication program
  • Interact with clients, serve their needs within state and local laws, provide physical facility needs and perform custodial duties
  • Perform moderate to difficult set-ups in a theater setting
  • Review, coordinate and changeover work plan, facility maintenance and operations
