Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- basic technical knowledge or experience with hardware, software, and network technology

Job Duties
- Perform certain self-installs and OS upgrades
- perform scheduled maintenance tasks to ensure optimal functionality and performance of equipment
- provide in-house technology support to triage issues on-site and over the phone
- train, develop, and lead an organization of OTPs for restaurant-level support
- provide necessary resources, tools, and support as new technologies and initiatives are deployed
