Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Eight years related executive administrative work experience
  • Ability to understand and implement logistics program activities including ILS and technical documentation
  • Experience coordinating subcontractors and resolving logistics problems
  • Knowledge of PM C2 Transport Family of Systems
  • Experience compiling data and preparing reports and schedules
  • Experience in providing briefings and presentations in-person and via technology such as video teleconferences
  • Ability to greet and host guests and coordinate office scheduling
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to take initiative, multitask, maintain confidentiality, and communicate effectively
  • Ability to work independently in a time-sensitive environment

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree

Job Duties

  • Manage staff and track internal and external expenses
  • Correspond with designated functional areas of the organization
  • Assist in documentation of processes into standard operating procedures
  • Coordinate integrated short-term, mid-term, and long-range planning on projects
  • Develop and implement policies, plans, procedures, and directives under senior staff guidance
  • Identify and recommend corrective actions for operational problems
  • Assist in preparing briefings, reports, and stakeholder engagements
  • Support risk analysis and track cost, schedule, and performance of projects
  • Manage logistics including shipping requests, inventory, and subcontractor coordination
  • Greet and host guests, manage conference room schedules, coordinate technical support
  • Plan special events such as corporate parties, retreats, and conferences
  • Maintain office supplies, kitchen stock, and equipment
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
  • Communicate clearly and professionally
  • Maintain confidentiality and work independently
