Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in customer service or logistics support preferred
  • Proficiency with computers and internet applications
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Detail oriented
  • Willingness to work Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM shift

  • Technological aptitude using internet and online tools
  • Ability to multitask effectively
  • Excellent organizational skills with emphasis on detail
  • Experience in customer service or related field preferred
  • Familiarity with warehousing or logistics operations is a plus

Job Duties

  • Answer incoming calls and provide excellent customer service to all callers
  • Monitor and respond to customer inquiries received through email
  • Make outgoing calls to follow-up on shipment status, resolve issues and update customers
  • Track, trace, enter and update shipments
  • Data entry
  • Assist and support Pilot stations and cartage agents
  • Master outside customer applications
  • Follow published procedures and work instructions for NCS accounts and bring modifications to management's attention
  • Perform other duties as assigned
