Job Requirements

  • High school diploma required
  • 3-5 years leadership role experience in restaurant, bar, or nightclub
  • Knowledge of high-volume nightclub operations and responsible alcohol service
  • Experience developing operating procedures
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Strong prioritization and communication skills
  • Ability to train and develop staff
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively with upbeat attitude
  • Experience with administrative tasks such as inventory, labor forecasting, scheduling, sales reports, invoices, performance tracking
  • Detail oriented

Job Qualifications

  • Experience handling administrative tasks including inventory, labor forecasting, scheduling, sales reports, invoices, and performance tracking
  • Detail oriented
  • Security experience preferred
  • Experience in live music environment preferred
  • College diploma in related field preferred
  • Interest in growing within Live Nation and venue operations preferred

Job Duties

  • Oversee operations staff in-venue during show hours
  • Support Operations Manager with day-of-show duties
  • Respond to elevated staff and guest inquiries related to shows, artist meet and greet packages, VIP programs, and seat upgrades
  • Address guest concerns and complaints regarding security and customer service
  • Follow up with Security and Guest Services teams to ensure service standards
  • Perform opening, running, and closing duties as per Live Nation policy
  • Maintain venue atmosphere and line of sight by circulating and reporting issues
  • Conduct suggestive selling of venue products and services when applicable
  • Keep updated on Standard Operating Procedures and communicate them to team
  • Create pre-shift sheets and relay management information to staff
  • Turn in lost and found articles to Box Office
  • Ensure responsible alcohol service in accordance with training and policies
  • Maintain security of Back of House areas and guest contact points
  • Lead all pre-shift meetings
  • Communicate guest and team member issues to Manager on Duty
  • Assist with incident reports, witness statements, and ejection logs
  • Work scheduled special events throughout the venue
