Job Requirements

  • Ability to work both morning (4:30 AM - 2:00 PM) and afternoon/evening (2:30 PM - Midnight) shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Experience supervising diverse teams in a fast-paced, high-volume food production or logistics environment
  • Skilled in managing workflow, resolving issues, and maintaining production timelines
  • Strong focus on food safety, quality standards, and regulatory compliance
  • Clear, professional communication with team members, cross-functional partners, and leadership
  • Ability to identify challenges and implement practical, timely solutions
  • Comfortable navigating changing priorities, staffing needs, and operational demands
  • Familiarity with production tracking systems, scheduling tools, and email communication
  • Capable of standing for extended periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, and working in refrigerated environments

Job Duties

  • Ensure that the area of responsibility is properly organized, staffed and directed and that all delivery times are being met timely
  • Conduct daily work group meetings
  • Schedule and control staff to meet labour productivity and overtime targets
  • Ensure compliance with all government regulatory agencies standards including FDA, USDA, OSHA, EPA, DOT, HACCP
  • Document and follow up on all department processes in order to implement improvements
  • Ensure on-time and accurate production and/or catering of all flights
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with all safety regulations
