Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent knowledge
- Two to three years of related work experience
- Ability to work in a refrigerated environment for long periods
- Strong leadership and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of OSHA, GMP, FDA, USDA, and EPA regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows-based applications

Job Duties
- Oversee the assembly team focused on packing items according to customer specifications
- Monitor work performed to ensure quality standards are met
- Maintain a fluid schedule of open work items with target start and end dates
- Work in a refrigerated environment for long periods
- Assist in training and development of assembly employees
- Monitor sorting, wrapping, and packing processes according to airline specifications
- Ensure compliance with government regulatory standards including FDA, USDA, OSHA, EPA, DOT, and HACCP
