- High school diploma or equivalent
- at least one year of related work experience
- no supervisory experience required
- ability to stand, sit, or walk for long periods

Job Duties
- Complete designated cashier reports and closing reports in the computer system
- review employee shift logs and daily memo books documenting relevant information in records
- contact appropriate persons or departments to resolve guest calls, requests, or issues
- process all guest check-ins by confirming reservations, verifying identities, requesting payment, assigning rooms, and distributing keys
- sell rooms to walk-in guests based on availability and adhere to market rate standards
- ensure charges from various point-of-sale outlets are posted to guest accounts
- assist management with training, coaching, evaluating, motivating, and disciplining employees
- report accidents, injuries, unsafe conditions and complete safety trainings and certifications
- comply with company policies and procedures, maintain professional appearance and confidentiality
- welcome guests according to company standards and anticipate service needs
- communicate clearly and professionally, handle phones with proper protocol
- cultivate positive working relationships
- ensure compliance with quality standards
- stand, sit, or walk for prolonged periods
- move, lift, transport, push, drag objects up to 25 pounds
- perform other reasonable duties as assigned
