Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience in a supervisory or management role in the food service industry preferably in a quick-service restaurant (QSR) setting
  • Knowledge of McDonald's operational procedures food safety standards and customer service principles is advantageous
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a diverse team and interact with customers
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve conflicts in a calm and professional manner
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays as required by the restaurant's schedule
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to operational challenges

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Further education or relevant certifications in hospitality management is a plus
  • Proven experience in a supervisory or management role in the food service industry preferably in a quick-service restaurant (QSR) setting

Job Duties

  • Lead and supervise a team of restaurant staff including crew members and shift leaders
  • Train mentor and motivate team members to achieve operational excellence and provide outstanding customer service
  • Conduct performance evaluations set performance goals and provide constructive feedback to foster growth and development
  • Ensure all operational procedures food safety and quality standards are consistently met or exceeded
  • Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with management to order supplies and products as needed
  • Oversee the preparation and cooking of food to maintain consistency quality and presentation
  • Handle customer inquiries complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally
