Job Requirements
- wms system experience
- familiar with warehouse management and operations including use of equipment and maintenance
- know inventory control management and be familiar with distribution service operations
- have good verbal and written communication skills
- be able to develop schedules

- high school diploma or equivalent
- 2-3 years experience in warehouse work
- at least 1 year in lead position
- good verbal and written communication skills
- familiar with warehouse management systems
- knowledge of inventory control and distribution operations
- ability to develop schedules
Job Duties
- supervise receiving, warehousing, and shipping operations
- act as liaison between logistics team, customers, and carriers
- implement processes to meet or exceed budget requirements
- ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards
- provide performance feedback and conduct employee reviews
- promote employee development and training
- enforce company policies and disciplinary actions
