Job Requirements
- 3 plus years of supervisory or managerial experience
- experience managing 15 plus employees
- proficiency in time management
- proficiency in Microsoft Office suites
- valid driver's license
- weekend availability required
- ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- ability to work from Thursday to Monday 2:30pm to 11:00pm
- CPR certification preferred
- First Aid certification preferred
- current AED certification preferred

- report writing ability
- de-escalation training
- ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- supervisory and managerial experience of 3 or more years
- experience managing teams of 15 or more employees

Job Duties
- Coordinate recruitment and selection of candidates
- onboard and train new Ambassadors
- create and maintain a positive team culture
- adjust deployment of team and resources based on daily needs
- identify and solve problems to improve program quality
- manage purchasing and inventory of supplies and equipment
- report outcomes through various reporting channels
- provide hands-on coaching, mentoring, and training in the field
