Job Requirements

  • Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
  • physical capacity to walk continuously during an eight-hour shift
  • proficiency in English speaking, reading, and writing
  • strong computer skills
  • at least 5 years of solid work history and longevity with previous employers
  • prior team management experience
  • flexible work schedule including event support

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Coordinate recruitment and selection of candidates
  • onboard and train new Ambassadors
  • create a positive team culture
  • adjust deployment of human and material resources to meet daily needs
  • identify and solve problems to improve program quality
  • manage purchasing and inventory of supplies and equipment
  • report outcomes through various reporting channels
  • provide hands-on coaching, mentoring, and training in the field
