Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior facility services experience preferred
- Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment
- Flexible schedule availability
- Strong attention to detail
- Good physical stamina
- Valid driver’s license if required for certain roles
Job Qualifications

- Previous experience in facility services or operations preferred
- Strong knowledge of janitorial and maintenance best practices
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Basic understanding of safety and compliance regulations

Job Duties
- Provide exceptional janitorial and cleaning services to assigned facilities
- Perform routine maintenance and operations support including HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems
- Manage landscaping and turf care responsibilities to enhance facility appearance
- Operate and maintain parking and security systems as required
- Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with health and safety standards
- Respond promptly to client requests and facility needs
- Assist in implementing energy and sustainability initiatives to reduce facility environmental impact
