Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 2 years experience in warehouse or logistics operations
- ability to work variable hours including weekends
- knowledge of OSHA safety standards
- proficiency with RF scanner technology
- strong organizational skills
- excellent communication skills
- must be approachable and motivated

Job Duties
- Develop and maintain operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures
- implement security and safety improvements that benefit the company's assets, visitors, tenants and employees
- utilize knowledge and experience of RF scanners in an advanced warehouse setting to improve inventory accuracy, eliminate mistakes, and increase productivity
- handle work-related injuries ensuring compliance with policies and OSHA standards
- maintain favorable working relationships to promote a cooperative and harmonious working environment
- oversee loading and unloading trucks
- ensure correct labeling of freight
- note damages and shortages
- clean and sanitize after shifts
- provide accurate dock check scans
- ensure all freight is scanned in and out at all times
- provide accurate dock checks for customer service when needed
