Job Requirements

  • Experience as a multi-unit supervisor
  • History of dependability longevity and skills supervising managers and working within a corporate structure

Job Qualifications

  • Ability to work with a diverse base of customers managers team members and office staff
  • Ability to work in all positions in the restaurant
  • Ability to assess and understand the dynamics of a properly run shift
  • Ability to coach and guide management staff to achieve the highest level of performance
  • Prefer college degree but equivalent experience and success may be substituted for degree

Job Duties

  • Teaching training and development of both management and hourly staff
  • Develop business plans to improve sales and cost management
  • Ensuring quality products and quality service
  • Solving operational problems
  • Ensuring proper and timely documentation and reports
  • Adherence to policies and procedures
  • Be involved in terminations
  • Follow restaurant security procedures
  • Handle customer complaints
  • Attend restaurant and corporate meetings
  • Deliver pickup paperwork and distribute pertinent information
