Job Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of related work experience
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Capability to handle physical job demands including lifting up to 25 pounds

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Complete designated cashier and closing reports in the computer system
- Review shift logs and daily memo books and document pertinent information
- Contact appropriate individual or department to resolve guest call, request, or problem
- Process all guest check-ins by confirming reservations, verifying identity, requesting payment, assigning room, and issuing room key
- Sell rooms to guests without reservations based on availability
- Ensure rates match market codes and document any exceptions
- Scan and charge outlet checks to guest rooms
- Assist management in training, evaluating, counseling, motivating, and coaching employees
- Serve as role model and first point of contact for Guarantee of Fair Treatment/Open Door Policy
- Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions
- Follow company policies and procedures and ensure professional appearance
- Welcome and acknowledge guests according to standards
- Anticipate and address guest service needs
- Assist individuals with disabilities
- Communicate clearly and professionally
- Develop and maintain positive relationships
- Adhere to quality expectations and standards
- Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Lift, carry, push, or pull objects up to 25 pounds
