Job Requirements

  • physical ability to perform the duties required of this position including operation of cleaning equipment
  • lift, set and move equipment including all tables, chairs, easels, risers, staging and related items
  • flexibility to work required hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to follow oral and written instructions

  • ability to lift, set and move equipment including all tables, chairs, easels, risers, staging and related items
  • ability to operate two-way radio equipment

Job Duties

  • performs custodial tasks including sweeping, mopping, cleaning and scrubbing as well as exterior cleaning of terrace, steps, parking garage, sidewalks and plaza as assigned
  • prepares facilities for shows including setting chairs, stages, tables and counters as assigned
  • cleans interior and exterior glass
  • uses equipment as required upon completion of training
  • cleans and prepares floors, carpets, restrooms and other areas as necessary
  • cleans and polishes furniture
  • disposes of all waste, including bulk trash removal from hall and participates in recycling program as required
  • performs all other duties and responsibilities as assigned
