Job Requirements
- physical ability to perform the duties required of this position including operation of cleaning equipment
- lift, set and move equipment including all tables, chairs, easels, risers, staging and related items
- flexibility to work required hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to follow oral and written instructions

- ability to operate two-way radio equipment
Job Duties
- performs custodial tasks including sweeping, mopping, cleaning and scrubbing as well as exterior cleaning of terrace, steps, parking garage, sidewalks and plaza as assigned
- prepares facilities for shows including setting chairs, stages, tables and counters as assigned
- cleans interior and exterior glass
- uses equipment as required upon completion of training
- cleans and prepares floors, carpets, restrooms and other areas as necessary
- cleans and polishes furniture
- disposes of all waste, including bulk trash removal from hall and participates in recycling program as required
- performs all other duties and responsibilities as assigned
