Job Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • Ability to work onsite in Boca Raton, FL during the hours of 11pm to 7am
  • Three to five years of experience in operational and logistics environment preferred
  • Dispatch experience with executive transportation preferred
  • Ability to use standard office equipment
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities in a high-pressure environment

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma
  • Associate degree or bachelor’s degree from an accredited school preferred
  • Three to five years of experience in an operational and logistics environment preferred
  • Dispatch experience with executive transportation preferred
  • Multi-lingual and multi-cultural skills preferred

Job Duties

  • Oversee client scheduling coordination with the ground team and coordinate and support Executive Protection operations, information, and data processing
  • Request, schedule, and track global Executive Protection agents and/or drivers and any other service requested by the client
  • Support managers in the Operations Center with PowerPoint presentations, security operation plans, security risk assessments, security Executive event summaries, and other written documents
  • Book reservations for EP agents and security drivers including rental vehicles, hotel accommodations, and flight bookings
  • Prepare travel briefs and EP agent/transportation dispatch confirmations and situation reports to management and client teams
  • Coordinate and disseminate communication between the client and vendors regarding logistics such as pick-up and drop-off times, vehicle scheduling, convenience preferences, route selection, and regional threat assessments
  • Resolve operational complaints and poor satisfaction reports
  • Participate in meetings representing ground transportation issues and communicate updates and department policy to all functional areas of the organization
  • Use standard office equipment including computers, telephones, scanners, copiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines
