Job Requirements
- Ability to accomplish tasks under high stress in a controlled and professional manner
- Ability to prioritize and handle numerous time-sensitive tasks
- Maintain great attention to detail
- Ability to solve unique and spontaneous problems regularly and make high-impact decisions quickly and confidently
- Ability to generate a multitude of cooperative relationships with co-workers and representatives of other companies
- Proficiency with Windows-based computer systems and the Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of modern office practices and procedures
- Fluent English with clear diction and accurate grammar, spelling and punctuation usage
- Proficiency in alphabetic, chronological and numeric filing systems and techniques
- Valid, unexpired USCG approved First Aid/CPR Certification
- Valid US driver’s license and a clean driving record
- Must pass a security background check and DOT drug test

Job Duties
- Oversee and coordinate vessel, motorcoach, and passenger movement via radio and phones at Allen Marine's private dock facility
- Monitor passenger counts and adjust vessel tour schedules as needed
- Make changes to crew schedules and assign relief crew
- Greet passengers upon arrival and direct safe movement between coaches and vessels
- Devise and implement safe and efficient operational procedures for high-volume tours
- Function as communication liaison between key organizational positions
- Monitor on-site traffic and activity per Maritime Security procedures
- Act as point of contact for motorcoach companies, caterers, vessels, tour operators, and community outreach passengers
- Develop knowledge and proficiency in radio communications equipment and FCC regulations
- Enforce operational procedures and methods
- Become familiar with maritime terminology
- Undertake special projects as required by business needs
