Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- Proficiency with Windows-based computer systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of modern office practices and procedures
- Valid, unexpired USCG approved First Aid/CPR Certification
- Valid US driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Fluent English with clear diction and accurate grammar, spelling, and punctuation usage
- Proficiency in alphabetic, chronological and numeric filing systems and techniques
- Ability to solve unique and spontaneous problems and make confident decisions
Job Duties
- Oversee and coordinate the movement of vessels, motorcoaches, other vehicles and passengers to and from Allen Marine's private dock facility at Auke Bay
- Monitor updates to passenger counts and adjust vessel tour schedules as needed
- Make changes to crew schedules and assign relief crew as required
- Meet and greet passengers and direct their safe movement between coaches and vessels
- Devise and implement creative procedures for safe and efficient operations
- Function as communication liaison between key organizational positions
- Monitor on-site traffic and activities following Maritime Security procedures
