Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or college course work equivalent
- At least 10 years of occupational safety and health experience
- Experience with OSHA-required programs and policies
- Ability to analyze federal, state, and local safety laws and regulations
- Experience in safety program development and training
- Strong investigative and inspection skills
- Safety experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry a plus
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent college coursework
- Major study in occupational health, safety, industrial hygiene or related field preferred
- Certified Safety Professional (CSP) preferred
- At least 10 years of occupational safety and health experience
- Experience creating and coordinating OSHA-required programs and policies
- Strong ability to analyze laws, codes, and regulations
- Strong communication and leadership skills
Job Duties
- Develop and communicate safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with OSHA and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with departments including Environmental Health & Safety, Risk Management, Facilities, and Operations to establish safety standards
- Use data systems such as RMIS and POS to assess hazards and analyze incident data
- Plan and implement occupational safety programs and training
- Conduct investigations and inspections to identify hazards and recommend corrective actions
- Promote a culture of safety among Playmakers and Players
- Develop emergency response plans and ensure readiness
