Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in airport or aviation management or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in a project-related or planning role with an airport operator, airline, consultancy, or similar
  • knowledge of airport certification regulations, particularly 14 CFR Part 139
  • project management skills with experience in stakeholder environments
  • exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
  • excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • proficiency in MS Office applications
  • ability to work independently and make decisions
  • strong organizational and prioritization skills

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in airport or aviation management or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in airport operations planning or similar roles
  • knowledge of airport certification regulations, particularly 14 CFR Part 139
  • project management skills

  • proficiency in MS Office applications
  • familiarity with AutoCAD is a plus
  • ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively

Job Duties

  • Generate, analyze, and distribute daily traffic reports and forecasts
  • Support the development and implementation of Key Performance Indicator dashboards
  • Develop and implement formal management reporting systems
  • Facilitate communication and coordination within the airline community
  • Identify and address operational and infrastructure gaps
  • Optimize processes and procedures continuously
  • Maintain training databases and coordinate training requirements
  • Assist in managing operations projects from initiation to completion
  • Collaborate with engineering partners and stakeholders on terminal planning infrastructure
  • Communicate project objectives and milestones effectively
  • Conduct project progress reviews and risk mitigation
  • Facilitate innovation management and idea sharing
  • Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies
  • Conduct cost-benefit analyses for innovation projects
  • Propose future operational projects
  • Undertake additional tasks as directed by the Manager Operations Planning
