Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in aviation or operations management
- ability to work flexible schedules including nights and weekends
- strong leadership skills
- good communication skills
- physical ability to work both indoors and outdoors
- knowledge of aviation safety and operational procedures is preferred
