Job Requirements
- 5-7 years of progressively responsible experience in retail or 2+ years in managerial role
- Experience in financial management and profit and loss responsibility
- Ability to recruit, train, and develop staff
- Flexible availability including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be 21+ years of age
- Ability to carry 35 lbs on a consistent basis

- Flexible availability including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
- Must be 21+ years of age

- College degree or related field may substitute experience
- Leadership experience in high-volume, full-service restaurant or hospitality
- Experience with lifestyle experiential brands, hospitality, retail, restaurants or bakery
- Skilled in building relationships with customers, partners and community
- Additional languages are beneficial
Job Duties
- Lead a team of hourly partners to deliver world class customer and partner experiences
- Demonstrate calm demeanor during high volume or unusual events
- Display customer comes first attitude by training and holding partners accountable
- Manage with integrity, honesty and knowledge promoting Starbucks culture, values and mission
- Identify and communicate key responsibilities to ensure positive attitude and collaborative teamwork
- Drive and support implementation of company programs and procedures
- Set clear expectations, delegate and communicate key responsibilities to maintain smooth operations
- Develop relationships in the retail market to stay current with industry trends
- Review store environment and key business indicators to identify improvement opportunities
- Direct and continuously improve store and zone operations
- Identify, plan and execute areas for improvement
- Plan and execute strategies to increase sales while controlling operational costs
- Collaborate with peer management and partner teams to implement initiatives
- Plan and manage processes and practices to align with business goals
- Communicate clearly and concisely to ensure effective store organization
- Develop understanding and usage of operational tools, systems and processes
- Proactively identify and solve problems
- Leverage retail financial experience to drive sales growth
- Manage retail business fundamentals including sales trends, inventory and customer satisfaction
- Use tools and resources to make decisions and achieve operational excellence
- Create and manage strategies to deliver sales goals
