Job Duties
- Leading and developing the Signature Venues operations team, encouraging a positive and supportive culture
- ensuring high-quality meeting and event experiences, focusing on critical Signature Venue activities
- supporting Operations Coordinators and Associates with feedback and mentorship for an outstanding guest experience
- prioritizing venue operations issues and driving solutions to ensure smooth operations
- managing event bookings and staffing to align with organizational goals
- collaborating with departments including Food and Beverage, Event Services, Audio Visual, and Facilities to ensure seamless operations
- making strategic decisions to drive success and improve operational efficiency
