Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 1-2 years supervisory experience
  • 2-4 years in hospitality or related field
  • ability to communicate effectively
  • proficiency with event management software
  • capacity to manage multiple priorities
  • willingness to work in a hybrid environment
  • no immigration sponsorship available

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in hospitality, hotel management, or related field
  • 1-2 years of proven experience overseeing staff
  • 2-4 years of experience in hospitality, hotel management, or event coordination
  • proficiency in event management software
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • strong leadership and decision-making skills

Job Duties

  • Leading and developing the Signature Venues operations team, encouraging a positive and supportive culture
  • ensuring high-quality meeting and event experiences, focusing on critical Signature Venue activities
  • supporting Operations Coordinators and Associates with feedback and mentorship for an outstanding guest experience
  • prioritizing venue operations issues and driving solutions to ensure smooth operations
  • managing event bookings and staffing to align with organizational goals
  • collaborating with departments including Food and Beverage, Event Services, Audio Visual, and Facilities to ensure seamless operations
  • making strategic decisions to drive success and improve operational efficiency
