Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Relevant experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related area
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in scheduling and managing operational goals

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED with 4 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related area
- OR 2-year degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration or related major with 2 years relevant experience
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to analyze financial and operational data
- Proficiency in managing team performance and development
- Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and brand service culture
Job Duties
- Assists in managing execution of all operations in rooms area departments such as Front Office, Engineering/Maintenance, Housekeeping
- Leads room operations team ensuring goals related to guest tracking and productivity are communicated
- Creates and nurtures an environment of motivation, empowerment, teamwork, and continuous improvement
- Monitors guest and employee satisfaction results and develops plans to improve and expand strengths
- Communicates and updates goals and results with employees
- Assists in scheduling against guest and hours/occupied room goals
- Performs hourly job functions as needed
- Performs other duties as assigned to meet business needs
