- previous experience in aviation operations or hospitality
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- capability to work both indoors and outdoors near active aircraft

- understanding of safety and operational procedures

Job Duties
- oversee day-to-day operations that ensure safe and efficient service delivery

- uphold company policies and operational procedures on the terminal floor
- perform frontline duties to support team and enhance guest experience
- manage scheduling flexibility including nights, weekends, and holidays
- ensure compliance with safety regulations around active aircraft and ground equipment
